I’ve been to over a dozen stripes shows, a few dead weather and a couple racontures and a couple solos. Amd of course countless KZbin gigs. And this is one the best sets live I’ve ever seen out of the whole lot. Top 10 easy. Really, really good. You who were there are a fortunate bunch for sure. Wow.😮 Edit: Top 7 and rising….on Over and Over….now. Edit no.2: Top 5??? Yea? Nay?

Thanks a TON for uploading this! I used to put a lot of time and effort (and money) into going to see him in several cities whenever he'd tour - first him and Meg on White Stripes tours then later with the Raconteurs and then later on his own solo tours. Then tonight he played one of his "pop up shows" right where I live (Minneapolis - First Avenue) and even though I did everything I could to get a ticket I couldn't get one, which really sucked. So I appreciate you posting this so the rest of us can see and hear what he's like this time around. THANK YOU!

As someone who's been to hundreds of shows and a CT resident I can confidently say that this is easily one of the greatest shows ever performed in Connecticut. Dude absolutely slayed the place. Can't wait to see him again in Brooklyn in the spring.

I love JW. Shame he’s so delusional and misinformed however. When I see a musician like him? All I wanna hear is his music. Same goes for Ted Nugent’s F__k Joe Biden rallying cry 😭 I walked out as soon as he started asking for audience participation to be honest with ya’ll. Elections shouldn’t be endorsed by any celebrities let alone the news channels owned by Blackrock corporations! Just hope they realize that now. We’ll see. Kinda like the giant television debate on the wall of this place where you’re supposed to be in the present moment performing for your life long fans who paid good money to watch YOU JW; not your checking out a presidential debate, right. I kinda agree, Jack had some great albums and songs (Stripes, Raconteurs, solo) but they never translated live as well as they could have. He doesn’t play his songs, just riffs on them and speaks/grunts the words in alternate phrasings. Maybe he is too cool to just ply his songs. I am basing this on seeings 100s of rock/punk/alternative/metal show, and my own ears and eyes and this just isn’t very good.
