I've been Keto for a couple of years. Every time I've strayed, health problems crop up. I lost 50 pounds the first year, and have maintained it since. But the main reason was to reduce inflammation, and it worked a charm! Those shrimp look amazing!

Peppers get hotter depending on the soil. That's why the best chillies come from New Mexico. Most of the "hot" lives in the seeds and the white membrane. So take them out and it will be milder, but never as mild as a bell pepper. Love the cooking videos. With love 💜 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵

YUM! I think I would make a compound butter first with that garlic and bacon. Then I would do it all in one big skillet on the grill. Yes grilled would be so good. You really do crack me up when you said Jack cheese was spicy. You need to work on that and add spice to diet cause it is very good for you.

Keep the words "keto recipe" in your titles and you'll get a whole new following. Keto is such a rage right now and it's hard to find quick and easy recipes like you like to do. I just hate to heat the oven up right now, but I suppose you could put that pan on indirect heat next to those pork steaks. 💜🌞🌵 , 114/85f today, chilly tomorrow only 108f😉

Joe tell Melissa to be careful.on that keto diet she is cutting carbs when you don't eat carbs for a long time or you cut to many carbs off your diet when you do start eating carbs again it will cause the body to swell she should be doing a modified version so her body doesn't have to adjust to the carbs

Thinking of trying this, but with oysters instead. Anyone ever tried it?
@NorthernSeclusion4 жыл бұрын
I bet that would be delicious. I would not use much bacon though, the shrimp tend to end up quite salty in this recipe. Since oysters are salty already I would be careful on the bacon.

Darling Northern Seclusion, you can do whatever you want....as you said it's your channel..... however, your recipe randomly showed up on my feed and I watched it, so, I get to comment in the comment section what I think about it.....don't be so thin skinned...... if you want to increase your subscribers and views, you will have to get used to people's comments, even the ones that aren't flattering! That said, my comment wasn't a dig on you, personally...... just a dig on frozen veg....which (with the exception of frozen peas) are generally disgusting, in my opinion.........
@NorthernSeclusion9 ай бұрын
I apologize Monica. Between the 2 channels I have over 350,000 subscribers, I have heard just about every comment that can be written. Sometimes my mind immediately jumps to "fuck you" and other times I have the patience to think a little longer before typing. LOL. I am sure I have lost a few subscribers along the way and I have probably 500 I have blocked. Frozen veggies do suck compared to fresh but in a veggie bake (if that was what we did in this video) it works perfectly. I hope you have a great Day Monica. If it makers you feel any better, Melissa is constantly telling me pretty much the same thing you just did. Haha.

@@NorthernSeclusion yes it is your channel and you can, of course do what ever you want for your small number of viewers....your right...... and when you randomly show up in my feed, and I sit and watch your video..... I will give you my real, unfiltered, unadulterated opinion.....and flipping frozen Normandie veg from Bird's Eye is garbage food for whenever you've got nothing else left in the frig.........and I'm gonna tell you..... that you can f-king can do better........
