Great video, I'm a Vegas local of 45+ . You literally showed a side of Vegas I've never been to. I'm in a private gated community of 7 homes built in the area behind the BMW dealership on West Sahara and Rainbow. It's amazing what homes cost and go for now. My house was built in 81, 4800sf on 1/2acr we payed under $500k back in 81. The house next door recently sold for over 3 million. Thanks for taking the time to make this type of video.

Great video touring the “new” North Las Vegas. Quick correction that building you thought was the VA hospital…near Legacy high school…is actually the new Northeast Career & Tech Academy that opened last month…adding great value to the area as well.

Get soils report before buying in Vegas. New construction is getting a reputation over at Colton Ranch for sinking homes. That scares me? I want to live in the lennar development N Las Vegas.

Have friends who live in the neighborhood of decatur and elkhorn. Pretty decent area. I wouldn't go to far east though...used to go with family to V A hospital in North las vegas and it wasn't the best area to be in....maybe it's chanel for the better...
