Not big into nails but I have definitely seen this stuff over the years. The “kawaii” style nails have been around for years and years in Asia but never really caught on here enough to become a trend. I have seen some crazy phone cases with the same look too!

I appreciate your call out on the Laneige kit. I do always see those kits as sampler packs but I guess that doesn't mean everyone does. I had the full size jar for like two or three years and still had a 1/4 leftover when I finally binned it. I think the 3g would be more manageable haha.

During the holidays I bought a pack of leniege lips thingys knowing they were all minis. I gave half away and I’m still using the ones I kept. Every night. They do last a long time. IMO no better than a big tub of Vaseline. Those little pots do last a long time tho

That Laneige sampler is GREAT! I get marketing isn't great, but sampling each flavor makes it worth it. However, the one I got had Lemon, which I don't think they've ever made in the large size, and it was my favorite.

I have Laneige lip sleeping masks in 3 sizes, 20 grams, 8 grams and 3 grams. The three gram one is pretty tiny! I like the middle size, personally.

The kawaii nails are something that has been a trend for awhile but it’s typically alternative or really niche folks you’ll find sporting them. And honestly considering the kind of style Nicki had in the begging of her career, those are definitely a style she would’ve sported back then. I won’t be buying tho, plenty of small businesses that make nails just as decked if not better than she does. And some salons actually offer to make you custom press ons

I DO like the Post Malone song they’re using in the trailer, but since they’re apparently not doing the James O’Barr-desired remake, I just wish they’d continued the series, rather than try to remake it. Even he said it’s not necessary and the original holds up so well… and he’s traditionally not been the original’s biggest fan.

Hi Jen, I just rather buy Lena’s watermelon for $20 or cotton candy. I’m so glad that I got that pallet when it came out. I can’t believe they’re doing that to her. I love Maggie and I love bunny Cosmetics. I will only support mainly Indy brands. I don’t support Natasha Donna Pat McGrath besides Pat McGrath just makes a different pallet with the same shades every time so it doesn’t Donna. Those mini Laniege lip masks are almost a joke with how little product is in them especially if your using it as a lipmask vs a gloss! It's great if you wanna try a few flavors before buying a full size but beyond that it isn't worth it imo

I do have a full size and I do use it couple times a day and at night but not applying a thick layer as I don't like the feel of thick mask on my lips. Anywho, the standard 20g size is ginormous for how much I use and with consistent use I won't be able to finish before it expires. For me I would rather have smaller sizes that I can actually finish. The reason I also prefer mini lip products nowadays. But of course it's just me, and the value is not there. Also the fact they misled on the size with those photos is... not great.

I know that the flavors of the lip masks are a huge draw, but their Lip Treatment Balm is one of the best lip products I've ever used. It doesn't come in fun and tasty flavors, but its natural flavor isn't bad, and the quality is incredible.

I really really wanted that sugar and grunge palette so badly... I was almost there to getting it - i have one other palette from her and it's a total workhorse so I'm super confident in anything else she puts out. I wish i were a lawyer cause I'd take her case pro bono to fight that nonsense 😮‍💨 I hope she is able to re-release it but i can only imagine how $$ it would take to rebrand all those palettes...
