She was one of the first performers I followed on you tube. She is so amazingly talented. Amira Willaghan. Said on one of her videos that Jackie was a big influence on her.

Shakes-P, Wow, Wow, Wow! I knew very early into the performance you would say, is she really walking in water?, and then you would say, she is, she is!!!. I know you like to be surprised, so I didn't give you a hint, there was a surprise. It was also an amazing opening with like a thunderstorm & torrential rain, to set the stage for a magical performance. Then Jackie appears on stage, and with her beautiful voice, and the amazing song by Simon & Garfunkel completes the musical work of art. Jackie has always touched my heart & soul with her beautiful voice, and I shed tears quite often, it's truly hard not to by so many. This was a ONE DROP Charity event one time only on 3/22/2013 in LAS VEGAS on World Water Day. One Drop is an international non-profit organization based in Montreal, created in 2007 by Cirque du Soleil Founder Guy Laliberte', which is focused on water initiatives. They unite people and empower communities to solve the water and climate crisis through innovative, sustainable actions. I'm so glad you enjoyed this amazing performance by Jackie & the amazing piano player as well. More Jackie performances to come. 12, almost 13. A water setting, starting with a thundershower, with her walking in 2-3 inches of water, over a deep performance tank, and a piano/pianist rising out of the pool. The 'pianist' is Benedict Negro, a highly respected mime associated with Cirque. Cirque needed a first class operatic sounding soprano. For this number, she was required to pass a [state sponsored?] swimming certification, and along with great staging, the 'pianist' is also her 'safe passage' in the total darkness. She was also 'center' stage later in the finale, 60 feet ABOVE the stage, singing the closing number.
