many people appear like they aren't struggling as much because they aren't as honest. The ability to look at the reality of the situation objectively & honestly is a heavy weight to carry but you have to break the ugliness down so you can build the beauty. right now it might feel like this beautiful work you do is a trauma response but it will get easier and it'll soon feel like it comes from a more healed & content place. the fearlessness you have in facing the charade will allow you to be much happier in the long run, that's for sure.

I also got bloodwork done and had high cortisol.. realized I have PCOS, which you might too with all the symptoms. I was also told sitting all day will increase those levels so get up and movee ❤❤

Your personality is so fun. Also that plastic bag at 6:39 is impressive. I really relate to spend hours making something so small. The other I drew someone with shorts that were sagging so their plaid underwear was exposed. This piece of the drawing is only like 2 inches wide and a centimeter long but I ended up spending a whole hour just doing that lol. And I half assed the pattern at that 😂.

A lot of this isn’t you as much as the technology and social media madness. I don’t think people are really aware of its effects until they are away from it. You might need to just STOP. You’ve already put yourself in a high-stress situation 25/8 by attending a highly competitive university. You may need to redefine success and happiness. Nonetheless, I hope you find peace, comfort and happiness.
