Hey, Jack! Lisa Fischer is extraordinary. She's been a soloist for a few years now, but her past is quite remarkable. Not only did she travel as a backup singer for Luther Vandross and sing on each of his albums for 22 years (1983-2005)...but she also toured and sang background for The Rolling Stones for 26 years (1989-2015). This doesn't include her work as a session vocalist for other artists...or the Grammy she received in 1992 for this very song, "How Can I Ease the Pain", which was released in 1991. How amazing is SHE???
