@@billo3314 I think it’s a little bit of that but mostly just the roster falling off. The level of competition has gone up nonstop in every division under 185 since usada, it’s just LHW and HW. Bad recruiting, low talent pool, and yes drug testing killed heavy weight

Hey jack, the leg Americana from bottom is so legit. I’ve trained at a super high level comp gym in Australia (Giles gym) and there’s a guy there who submits everyone from bottom side using outside buggy and that leg Americana you talk about. He also sweeps with it into kesa and he’s honestly one of the worst rolls in the whole gym. Definitely play with it because it’s legit as fuck if you put time into it and build a game around it.
