There isn't a song that doesn't touch me to my soul, its as though a silent kinship or connection in ny mind has been spoken out loud & put into words that I could never come up with on my own. Jackson does this fir me as though he was tapped into my thougbts. Its explained so simply , im the one that makes it all so complicated & when I hear him sing I then realize im not alone in this world of thought or realty. People say i think too much,, its not that, its just that i over think, I over feel on things that can't be solved in one person or at all. Im just happy that I have a friend that views my thoughts with the same heart, even if he has no idea I exist, I know he does & that causes my calm..

Always on the pulse of how it truly is. Personal, social commentary, world view. Has a few equals, but none are better. Jackson's first album is one of my favs ever. Jackson thank you for this one today. Truly in the top five of my favorite songs of yours, depending on the day or even the hour, So this morning, please step aside “Sky Blue and Black” and let “Looking Into You” have some time as number one in my head. Jackson you are that great song traveler that passed through my house and opened my eyes to the view. I among those who now call you the prophet.

HOME IS THE HEART. Where I grew up I too went back, to Villa Park, Big Home that my dad built. I still feel like it is mine. Ironically near JB's Fullerton home.

Thank you so much for sharing this song and your back story of it with us. I was slightly worried before clicking the video that I might not feel the familiar warmth which I came to love, during my first years of getting to know your music back when I was in my twenties. As it would happen, this song (as with the others) it sounds like barely a few years has passed, and the warmth and emotion is still there. Thank you ever so much for reminding us of these wonderful feelings brought on by your music. May your days still be as good as ever. My heartfelt best wishes to all of you.

The creator has blessed us with messengers...they awakening our bindled thoughts when roads are dusted by stiff side winds. These words fill spaces that have run empty and remind me of a place I called Home. Thank you Mr. Browne

Just beautiful. What a lovely song. I am sentimental as I also went back to visit the house I grew up in. Graciously the woman let me in. When I touched the side of the house all the memories of that time hit me hard and I began to cry. To any young people who may read this enjoy and savor your youth. Slow down and even your problems will be distant memories one day. I loved this song all those years ago and it is even more poignant today. Thank you Jackson for filling my life with beauty with your songs.

I love how thoughtful Jackson Browne is. There's a meaning and substance behind the songs he writes, the lyrics. Very nice. I wish more artists would emulate him.

One of the many, many JB songs that I love. I was 18 in ‘71, became a man with Jackson’s help. Thanks so much for everything, JB.

This song still brings tears to my eyes, but for different reasons than it used to back in the 70's. Keep on rockin♥ I'd love to wander around that room and look at your books:)
