Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department responds to a semi flipped over the side of an embankment

JFRD responds to an unusual call with a flipped semi truck. While the cargo end stayed on the highway, the cab went down an embankment 15-20 feet down. Ground ladders were placed to access the patient who happened to be trapped.
A ladder truck and stokes basket were used to move the patient from the cab area back up to the street level.
Watch this RAW footage unfold as slick wet rods caused this wreck with another flipped vehicle. Three patients were transported from this scene...all expected to live.

On this rescue, you can very clearly see the USAR crews. On that other one that I asked about that got you so upset, no USAR crews were visible, which was why I asked...

USAR crews are all throughout our city...we DO NOT have a USAR station...we do have a Special Operations station, whose members happen to be USAR members...this call happened to be in close proximity to that station. We did not get upset...you make way too many assumptions all the way around.
