It’s actually quite common for a company to pay for another company to get off the ground and be paid back by that new company without them being a parent company. So morphe could have paid for everything and “sold” everything to JH. Morphe may have had a better customer relationship with oxygen and would have gotten a better deal on pricing than if JH went by herself. At least this happens in the automotive industry, idk

It’s almost more like my company is giving this new company a loan but as they need it? I’m not entirely sure the logistics of it all lol. And it could’ve happened that way, but then the lipsticks bombed and JH needed a partner and went under Forma or whatever it is. So she might’ve not technically lied when she said she was owner and CEO because she very well could have been, in that moment. No one will actually know unless they talk about.

Masks not only effectively block most large droplets ( 20-30 microns and larger) but they can also block the exhalation of fine droplets and particles (aerosols) smaller than 10 microns. Which increase in number with the volume of speech, 10-12 and specific types of phonation. Multi-layer cloth masks can both block 50-70% of these fine droplets and particles, and limit the forward spread of those that are not captured. Upwards of 80% blockage has been achieved in human experiments, with cloth masks in some studies performing on par with surgical masks as barriers for source control. The CDC, has published peer reviewed studies of a trial in Bangladesh, a study of an outbreak aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt, study of 124 Beijing households, study examining SARS-CoV-2 secondary attack rates among eight public K-12 school districts, retrospective case-control study from Thailand; that were used in the most current case studies...
