I bought two skims nursing bras for wearing out and one from Amazon that I can pump in and just wear at home. Kristin Johns recommended the one from Amazon and said it was her fav and I agree!!! The only thing is it shows when I wear certain blouses and dresses (and it’s not very attractive haha) so I like it for home whereas the Skims are perfect for wearing out because they’re seamless and comfortable and I feel a little more put together in Skims. Hope that helps!

don't worry about lack of padding in a nursing bra!!! You'd want ones easy to pull down to feed in and you should get some removable nursing pads for leaks. its also good to have several bras tbh especially in the first couple months lol (advice from someone who is nursing their third baby lol)

DON'T return that nursing bra just yet 😂.. I really prefer the ones without padding because the pads get all bunched up and are annoying to put back in when they come out in the wash. You might find you prefer to have at least one without pads, especially for wearing around the house!

I’ve found nursing bras to be totally unnecessary! A pumping bra, if you’re planning on pumping at all, is much more practical! If you do stay with the nursing bra, I’d recommend padding. I feel like breastfeeding has made some things more noticeable if you know what I mean. 🤣

should you take (hot) baths while you're pregnant? I just ask this because when my aunt was pregnant, she said you aren't supposed to raise your body temperature past like 36 degrees celcius or something..

Yes no hot baths, but my Dr said I can take a warm bath. So I just don’t make it super hot
