I got my start in sales about 4 years ago with Fraser. I stepped away on good terms a little over 2 years ago to start my own company and they showed nothing but love and support. Everything he said about Dom, (the owner of Fraser) is true. Keep it up Jacob.

For a guy who is starting a roofing company, this was great for me to watch. Hearing what is most important from a high performer when looking for an employer was perfect. 1. Radical integrity in all aspects of the business. 2. Incredible culture. Comradery, familial, connected

Dmitry-fantastic interview-thank you for the content. Jacob-inspiring to hear your story. I’m an Estimator in the Seattle area, 3 years in and absolutely loving it. I literally just got a blower and blew off a roof for free (no strings attached) bc I love service first. Planned to keep doing this. Had no idea others like you do this too😃

$500,000 commission on $3.1 M build sales is a 16% sales commission rate. That's a pretty high commission rate for roofing sales.

I would typically do that, but it’s not gonna benefit other companies because it’s a patent book, so what is in mind would not be a good tactic to teach simply because it can’t be duplicated

Great information. It's always good to learn from other's in the same line of business. Personally i love the smaller market that i live in but i could only imagine what a market like Atlanta would be to grow a business.

Maybe I'm the only one but this guy seems super unauthentic to me... " None of the other roofers knock near me." "Had to have a Job by 13 or you're Kicked out" "I DO not even take jobs that are fights cuz I have sooo many jobs." Dont get me wrong.. He makes some great points and does give SOME Solid advice. But he just seems a little bit Cocky or something and usually the Guests are pretty humble people. He seems cocky as hell

Turns down work, but also sells for tree companies... doesn't want to start his own because he would have to turn down work. What?
@jacobfuchs124410 ай бұрын
What I am saying here is in order for me to build Roofs require a lot of upfront money to pay staff to pay for materials that sometimes ACV amounts do not cover the amount of workflow that I get. It would require me to put out 200,000 a week, week las opposed to working with a businessthat has that already has a set budget for that. with Tree work I do not have to put up the same amount of money that I do for ordering materials and waiting on back end checks
