The PS3 slim issue experienced here is known as "Blackout" it is caused by a shorted WiFi/Bluetooth IC, its fixable...if you can find the Chips

Majority of ps3s are not designed to last. The nectokin capacitors go after a certain amount of years. They are replaceable but there a pain. Ps2s last forever and are simple to replace parts

I got myself a PS3 Slim 320GB after Xmas in 2016 after 2 failed YLOD (60GB BC & 40GB) Fat PS3 and after 8 years and 2 cleanings outside of the Blu-Ray Drive not wanting to eject most of my disk unless I hit the base above where the BR drive is with my fist it still works great.

Probably goes without saying but REPLACE YOUR SATA in the ps3 they unfortunately fail if left to sit for too long. Mine failed to start properly so invested in an Ssd replacement. Works fine now 😅

You get 100 percent and do it all again 11 more times. Once you've reached 100 percent, the game asks you if you want to 'prestige', you get a little mark next to your name and progress goes back to zero.

Bought ps3 slim on eBay for 60 bucks. Straightforward made it clean from dust, changed thermals, installed new battery, installed cfw, bought new controller, works like a charm!! From Syscon the system was up 10k hours. Already played on it few hundred hours. Always monitoring temps, they are just fine❤️hope yours ps3 is doing great as well! Have some plans to put ssd in it, 240gigs not enough, I know there is no difference in comparison to hdd, but I have no hdd and lot of old SSD’s.

I was thinking about selling my xbox360 s I put a few albums on the hard drive from my cd collection one of the albums is very rare and out of print produced by Steve Vai and he wrote most of the songs accept for nineteen it's a thin lizzy cover but they have made it more up beat than the original version so far I know that Steve Vai has been letting people upload the videos on KZbin without any problems and the version I have is the uncensored version of the album
