Thanks David! I use a combination of Autofocus and Manual Focus. In many cases, Autofocus on the Sony A7sIII works great but some scenarios are too complex so then I switch to manual and try to keep to the same distance.

This is the best content that filmmakers doesn't teach on youtube, ( why chosing an angle and when ) for ex when you said that crane shot should be at the end of a movie or whatever.. I remembered the last part from NF music video of the song lost, they used a crane shot at the very end to reveal the environment! so nothing comes by luck.. every shot is well studied

Best camera is hands down the Sony Alpha range, I mostly use the A7sIII. I use Autofocus often on these cameras, they're pretty amazing at it!
