Just went on YT to get some info on the car. Here in the Netherlands it will probably arrive early 2025 with no idea what the bill is gonna be. They say it will compete against the Sportage and Tucson. Thanks for the vid mate!

Reviewed a bit through rose-tinted glasses. This is basically a reskinned Tiggo 7 pro with a higher price tag. The Tiggo 7 AWD costs roughly the same as this and 70k less than the Inferno. Of course cars are subjective and Chery have proven to be masters of reskinning their range. The Omoda 9 or to be more correct Exceed 9 when it arrives is based on the Triggo 8. And the Chery brand Jetour is also in the wings, again based on the Tiggo platforms.

i love everything about the car, the only worries for me, is the maintenance part, not sure how expensive it can get. The re-sale value also is quite a question. However, in-terms of everything else it can definitely met CX5 quality if not better.

I 100% agree with you there. I used to own the new Mazda 3 and let me tell you I Loved that car a Lot actually miss it, but this JAECOO felt even better to me and more exquisite haha.. not sure about resale as yet unfortunately, but most probably the same as Mazda these days as some of their cars are also bad on trade ins hey?

The moldings on the doors erase the paint and there is no recall company to eliminate defects. In fact, chery dumped customers with this problem
