The mining changes don't seem like they'd make grinding mining at lvl 80+ any less miserable. The only good way to train mining right now is if you're fortunate enough to be able to mine stars at work all day.

You can get solid rates on fishing with tick manipulation like 120k, rc is pretty abysmal because you can do bloods and get profit 📈 for little effort. Sepulcher is dope but I'd easily trade in the profit you can get for better exp.

The XP rates aren't the problem, it's there's no reason to train agility past 76 and even that's only useful if you want to kill Zulruh. Almost all of the shortcuts are trash. You spend 7 hours to save 3 seconds on a shortcut that you might use 1000 times if you are exceptionally lucky. Even the Zulruh shortcut which is the best shortcut only gets used like 120 times if you really like Zulruh. It saves about a minute, so over you save 2 hours of time, but you grided an extra 20 hours to use it

Stall XP rates are for camping that stall. It is now much more worth to just steal something on your way past than it was before, in addition to some decent rates using multiple stalls with the new respawn rates

I think an idea for the stalls could be to make the loot scale with the relevant the skill lvl so fish scales with fishing or cooking, crossbow scales with ranged etc. Also, they should give all those pickpocket targets a new loot table that makes training thieving more profitable in meaningful way. I agree agility xp should be buffed more at the end game courses. I like settled's idea of reworking some of the slayer monsters to make them better to train at but that maybe out of the scope of Project rebalance. Also, the reason they want to remove those slayer tasks is to make it easier for new players to find the tasks so why not add a dialog option to ask where the monster is located and maybe another option to ask for strategy advice for killing the monster that tells things like weaknesses and the equipment you need etc. I still think they should remove some of the tasks regardless.

**An Idea** If we can't have higher overall XP rates for agility at least put an afk option into the game sorta like a Stationary Bike/Treadmill with AFK mechanics and XP rates similar to Star Mining(20-40k xp/hr, click every 10min). Built in POH (additional construction lvl req.) or create an OSRS Gym on top of Camelot locked behind diaries (Get creative with it lol) Because nobody is trying to run hundreds of laps for hours on end at full attention. that agility is actually a nerf end game lmao. as for the thieving IDK if that blues guy understands ardy knights, you lure them so they cant roam around allowing faster xp, It took me like 30 hours for 99 not long at all just watched the mission impossible series and the Reacher series and I was done. The slayer is alright for early game. The bonus golden nugget seems lame to me at 85 I have literally everything unlocked + shooting star done. Only thing I don't have is the volcanic mine. Really the only end game content that I see buffed in this pole would be the amethyst mining.

They need to adjust the Zalcano seed drop somehow. I've done hundreds of hours of that boss including many solo kills (because I couldn't be bothered hopping around or doing a 15 person mass world kill) and never even seen a seed drop let alone received one. Making it 1/200 and then randomly distributed to one person is ass. I like the boss well enough but you could cut that in half and it would still take forever (in 4 man teams it's ~800 kc to the current drop rate assuming equal damage/non-MVP). The main issue that always arises with these dogshit drop rates is the economy but (1) you can nerf the rest of the drop table to compensate and (2) for the value it provides it shouldn't be as expensive as it is on the GE anyway imo. There's a lot of cushion --- it's 16M currently. And there's always going to be a natural floor on drops that can be traded for shards.

Removing the diary requirements for the wildy shortcuts removes the advantage from accounts that have grinded them out over pk'ing pures and further devalues the achievement diary rewards. Lowering the rewards for any of them without adding any to the higher diaries just makes them more pointless.

If they want prospector for a hard diary task, make it just the one piece of the outfit, if they want the whole outfit for a diary task, make it the elite task. Idk that might just be me tho.

Agility was my first 99 in 2020. These changes make me sad thinking about how much time I would have saved. Happy for everyone who doesn't have to suffer like I did.

People shitting on RS3 for better xp rates not realizing that osrs would be so much more fun with better xp rates is funny to me. I get some of the eoc complaints, but the rush of gaining tons of xp is awesome!

agility can't be fixed at the current state no matter what you do. the changes are nice to newcomer low-mid game players but the skill will always stay cancer to anyone post 60-ish no matter what jagex does. it either needs a whole overhaul or a minigame that completely trivializes it (WT equivalent of agility), not sure which is better, though. id personally go with some minigame like sepulchre that makes it a bit more accessible to newer players with decentish rates
