(Jaguar won both driver and manufacturer crown in 1991), after Silk Cut sponsorship with Silk Cut had ended, but for some reason deal with Bud Light fell thru, and Jaguar withdrew from Sportscar World Championship due to rising costs prior to 1992. Still, it didnt affected Bud Light sponsorship with IMSA GTP Jaguar (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) team in 1992, so Jaguar raced pair of Jaguar XJR-14 (XJR-12 for long distance races) wearing Bud Light colours.

Once cars like Jaguar did have a good reputation as marvels of engineering but that was when they were mainly handmade but now the cars mass produced by the big companies are much better because with the large use of robots they have set a much higher standard .The only thing a lot of the luxury brands still have is 'snob' value . There will ways be people who want a car that costs a lot to buy to show off and remind people how successful they are. I am still almost speechless, but not quite. Even before I saw the ad I saw the new logo, and thought this must be an April fools joke. No such luck, then I saw the ad and I thought I must be on another planet! When I was a teenager a long long time ago I had an after school job bringing in the trout fishing boats for all the 'posh' poms at Chew Valley lakes. Amongst the guests were famous people like Sir Richard Lyons and Frankie Vaughn. They both had Mark 10 Jags and I used to just druel over them when loading their 'catch' into the boot.. The smell of real leather, the front sloping grill, the mascot, the red color exterior that seemed all the rage in those days, etc. Images of Stirling Moss, the list goes on. Now, this!! liberal is not the same as left. left is working class, you would expect more working class themes in a leftist ad campaign, it would be about specs and performance and practicality; not vague artistic social norm-bending ones. you could absolutely be liberal and right; the french royal court that got guillotined was ideologically right (favouring aristocratic/wealth owner) and also socially liberal.

Rawdon Glover is a terrible name and I don't mean to mock or make fun of his first name but the actual combination of the first + second names together. I mean "Raw Dong Lover" like what the hell. His parents set him up for failure by naming him Rawdon knowing their surname was Glover.
