The fact that Jaguar Land Rover is not a British Company, steeped in history, is probably why its ‘history’ is of no significance to the owners. I’ve driven every type of jaguar ever made. The Jaguar vehicles had an aspirational and powerful presence on the road. If you didn’t live with that you wouldn’t understand it. Hence it’s not seen as a valued commodity to future customers. One things for sure, it’s a bold move by JLR. I wish them all the best….I believe it will be a very short and economically painful victory parade!!

To be fair it's really nothing to do with it being owned by tata motors, otherwise landrover would have been struggling , yet they aren't compared to jaguar. British ownership failed landrover and jaguar waaay back, if it wasn't bought, it would have been equally dead as British Leyland

@ hahaha!!..R/R is in so much difficulty it’s hard to believe. Seriously unreliable, engine defects which are becoming increasingly apparent every day and expensive to keep on the road. Oh!…and let’s not forget most insurance companies won’t entertain a policy. The combination of these challenges alone limits long term survival prospects and I drive a R/R… Absolutely love the cars, absolutely hate the bills!!… Good job it’s a company car!

jaguar was walkıng dead sınce long tıme . As 85 born ı always had sympathy by desıgn for XK 1999 and 2004 Xj and also dıscovered mark serıes after sometımes but let be honest jaguar ıs one of worst relıable cars ın JD Power survey sınce decade back to back years.I would have facelıft F Type as farewell model. and deletıng old posts on ınsta and puttıng that woke culture vıdeo ıs full crınge. are u shame of your past ?)
