I read about the negligent hiring claim and I thought that was strange because I never heard about McManus with any BS prior to the day this video dropped. I can see a case against him moving forward, but where the case against the Jaguars is concerned, that dog will not hunt.

Yeah with what these two women are claiming that the Jags would have to be Miss Cleo and be able to predict the future to see that McManus was a negligent hiring which is impossible. I also see the lawsuit against the Jags will be dismissed.

The only way this sticks is if McManus had committed sexual assault before he was signed by the Jags and the Jags knew it. Also, not mentioned is if these women went to Jags officials on the flight and complained and they did nothing. Otherwise this is all on McManus.
