And somebody had to buy him a ticket on a promise that he would return and perform. Also, if he was financially stable, I doubt he, the cockiest artist in Jamaica, would be cutting deals with a street corner promoter.

Not in the Dutch legal system. He could get out after 4 years but only if he's been on good behaviour and has been actively working on his issues. So let's hope he'll take the time to adress his issues because he could still build a good life after this
