Fun Fact! A guy decided to play Pokèmon version Ruby, and he set some rules to make it harder. These rules were, you can only catch the first Pokèmon you find in each route, and once the Pokèmon dies, you can't use it anymore. Along with this playthrough the guy made a comic called Ruby: Hard Mode. That was about the run where the player and the Pokèmon had their own personality, the guy caught a Seedot and drew it like John Locke from a TV series called lost. The Seedot then evolved into a Nuzleaf, creating the word, Nuzlocke.

I may be late, but I want to say this: Maybe Zipzapzop survived the Altaria’s Earthquake because of the death of those Marills. The Marill give 2 HP EVs for each KO. And you said over 80 Marill were KOed by Zipzapzop? Because of the grinding, you might have given a lot of HP EVs to that mon to the point where it can survive Altaria’s Earthquake! It got probably… 160 EVs in HP! Maybe more! 31/10 nuzlocke moment! Zipzapzop has to be my favorite Pokémon in this wideo!
