One of the latest reports I've seen is that he walked upon a couple of guys in someone's driveway eyeballing suspiciously someone's motorcycle. The possibility exists that words were exchanged figuring they were likely thieves and that triggered the unjustifiable response.

It was probably a nut who did not care who he was shooting. This has been going on since I was in the 5th grade. I was born & raised in Los Angeles. This type of sickness is not new. I hope, as everyone else does that this guy is arrested. Jake is lucky he got medical help when he did. These injuries, at lest the one to his lung would have been fatal.
