Kicking off the Mahogany Session x IRIS partnership is powerful session with one of our oldest friends, Jake Isaac, and some incredibly talented friends of his. 'Brother' is a song that resulted from the BLM protests around the Globe, and speaking on the track, here is Jake.. 'When all the racial injustice started to surface recently, I honestly didn’t know how to feel at times. Sometimes I was angry, sometimes completely triggered and sometimes just completely down about it all...after a while I thought through things and realised what was actually really important to me...what I want the future to look like for my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. I called some mates and asked if they were up for collaborating with one word in mind, ‘Brother', and the idea of living in a world where all men are actually seen as equal.'

Yes, your melanin has got something to do with your description, that has nothing to do with racism though. You're speaking abstract logic bruv... If you've never experienced it, it's understandably hard to image. But it's not hate if it's a proven truth. Generation after generation, it's the same plea.
