Tbf, it all depends on if the criticism is constructive or not. I think that if you POLITELY comment that you're not feeling the current content but support the person's creative development, it's fine. I don't think we as content consumers have less of a right to opinions as the content creators-- but ultimately it's THEIR channel and THEIR lives, so if we consistently don't like their content over a long period of time, it's one of those "just don't announce your unsubscribing". 🤷‍♀️
