The Jamaicans I know don't put coconut creme in their calaloo brother Chris... Grenadians & Trinidadians does however, with Dasheen leaves. I love any greens with coconut milk 😍 tnx for all of your delicious recipes. Blessings 💞

Hello brother, have you ever thought of shipping precooked meals and shipping? You can ship them overnight with dried ice. In the US they have companies that ship prepared meals that are sealed with safety tab and tape. please look into it because I would definitely subscribe to it. If you need more info on how it works please inbox me, I'd be happy to share. If "they" can do it we can also!

Different from the Trinidad recipe, with ochros ,pumpkin, sometimes we add whole crabs and any salted meats ,and make the callaloo more watery......

What's wrong with pigtails? Seems to me a grown man can eat and cook what he wish.
