Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp mixed spice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 bottle Stout/Malta
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp almond essence
(Red label wine/ Overproof white rum)- Optional
2 cups dried fruits
1/2 cup cherry brandy liquer
