Matt, this was a great vlog. Mr. Bartlett is the hardest working Minster in this current government. Never any mixed up and scandal with him. He cares about Jamaica and is always promoting it. The thing I want him to do is to stress to these foreign hotels management to respect the Jamaican workers and pay them properly. He needs to employ you as the Jamaican food ambassador where you take the tourists out of these hotels to local mom and pop restaurants to eat the tradional Jamaican food. Job well done Matt.

Jamaican cooking = amazing. So fresh vibrant and clean. Should be more popular around the world. Also I love how the minister of Tourism knows the history and the story and is soo genuinely interested that he is comfortable enough to go on youtube and have a full meal and a bit of a laugh in front of everyone. Respect

Hey Matthew, giving U an idea... What would be quite interesting if you go into the hotels and do a food review. 1. If the food is good, it would influence visitors to go to the hotel. 2. It would show some balance and authenticy to your passion, FoodBoss 3. It may generate additional income to you and your team, cause trust me ur show it to another level. Think about it and make the best of what U do, really appreciate U videos, my daughter is also a fan. One day I will invite U to Mandvl 😁😁😁

I enjoyed this video and as much i am not Jamaican my heart is with the Jamaican people. Jamaica has potential in doing anything they could think of. love the way the minister tells his story and he looks like a food boss him self. One thing though the curry may have come from india and Jamaicans may have enhance the flavor with the Scotch Bonnet, but a real curry (no disrespect) comes from Guyana and Trinidad. Last but not least, I know the economy is still below average and much Jamaicans are leaving their country. Jamaica is a goldmine and much opportunity are still there for locals but its seems like they dont get this chance. I come in peace ✌🏼🙏🏼❤️🇸🇽🍻🇬🇾

I would suggest the way the breadfruit was done could be called a Brush-sheh breadfruit 😂. Just saying lol. Love me some Ed Bartlett. He is such an optimist and I love that about him. It really IS the best food on earth! It’s so diverse and put together and that’s what makes it the best! I can’t wait to come there and just walk and eat everyone’s food! Here where I am in Pensacola Florida,I try to make Jamaican food because I want it so bad and I want everyone to experience that wonderful flavor and our city is shutting down all our food trucks because they want a “pristine “ community and everyone to eat at the restaurants because they are supposedly losing business because of food trucks and with that being said, people are losing money and business. It’s sad.

This is a great honor. Maybe some taste buds can’t handle it and I would say then it’s not the place for you. I haven’t seen any Walmarts there (Thank God) they are known for their wonderful food and beautiful land. Jamaica got a bad rap for many years and that just broke my heart, because this is such a happy place with loving hospitable natives and they’re thriving and that’s what I love about them. Bless up Matt! Good job! 👏 I made curry chicken stew last night and oh my, so good! And I learned it from your show! 🖤 💚 💛
