Jamaican Pasta Salad | Chop Chop JA

In today's video, I will be showing you how to make Caribbean Macaroni Salad! In Jamaica, we call it Pasta Salad but it is also referred to as Macaroni Salad.
What you need:
1 cup Elbow Macaroni
1 cup Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Some Smoked Paprika
Water to boil macaroni
Salt to taste
Mixing Bowl
Whisk
Strainer
Rubber Spatula
Tips:
- Chill macaroni and mixed vegetables before adding the dressing.
- Add mayo dressing gradually when mixing salad.
- Chill Pasta Salad overnight for best quality.
- Enjoy!
