Hey guys please feel free to use whatever sweeter you prefer. I personally do not have a problem with using sugar. Please respect my choice. I'm here to show you how I make Tamarind juice remember this juice can be made in different ways. This channel is not for one type of plant base eaters hence you will see the use of sugar, flour butter and rice. Feel free to view the juice play list which as a variety of juices. Stay bless

What brand ? I can get the pods but expensive. I hear the paste is bitter while the pods sold in the produce section are generally much sweeter. (I guess it depends on how ripe? Dunno I'm new to this.) Anyway tamarind is fucking delicious. Don't know if I'll cook chicken or anything with it since it reminds me of candy , but as far as a snack or drink goes I like it. Love the stuff. Might add it to watermelon juice.

Hi! Question. Do you dry the tamarind ?
@lylettemclean1775
@lylettemclean1775 Жыл бұрын
After you soak the tamarind you can put it in the blender and give it a few quick 'pulses' then strain. You get a nice thick puree which you can batch, freeze and store. Just thaw and add water when you're ready to make your drink. Some people add a little baking soda. You can research that.
