My husband is a traditional Christian man. Since I got married, I have never paid a bill. He takes pride in providing. On the other hand, he hasn't washed a spoon. I take pride in keeping an impeccable home, cooking, baking etc... We are very happy ☺️ and couldn't believe we found each other. When we met he was childless tho, and was looking for a woman without children so we can create our family together. A child from either side would have been a deal breaker for me or for him.

Also baggage doesn’t just come in the form of children, there’s a lot of young women with no kids running around with financial and physiological baggage. Some have multiple kids with multiple baby daddies without marriage. Those are choices they're free to make, but then they shouldn't complain if men don't want to deal with that. My views are same if a single, childless woman chooses not to deal with a guy with multiple kids & baby mothers. It's not a minor thing, it's a huge deal breaker type thing for good reason. People are far too casual in who they choose to have kids with. It's a VERY serious matter, kids don't ask to be here & be subject to psychological trauma of dysfunctional parenting. To be fair, being promiscuous even if you're extra careful is a turn off for most men. It's just that having a child usually is a clear marker of it, and comes with its own set of baggage. So in a sense I can somewhat agree with her. You can have childless women who were having trains ran on them, doing Only Fans, and having one night stands every weekend. If guys knew they'd probably be running faster from those women than a widowed single mother who spent most of her life being somewhat "wholesome".

No unmanipulated man (with or without kids) wants to be responsible for another man’s child. In conservative cultures, most men simply don’t touch it. A few men would oblige if they are sure they won’t be financially responsible. Single Mothers can be High Value Women, but they are usually in Low Value situations. A Man does not gain anything from kids and he usually ends up giving his time at minimum. So, any Single Mother that's asking a Man to be with her and her kids is asking him to give up and sacrifice more than he normally would for an equivalent Single Woman with no kids. But, it doesn't seem like Single Mothers understand this concept. Instead, Men are told "I'm a package deal." Meaning, if you want Me (the Single Mother), you have to except her kids and her situation (good or bad) as well. That's already understood, but what benefit do the kids and the situation provide to the Man? - How much time do the Kids take away from the relationship between the Man and the Woman? - Does the Baby Daddy what to be in the Woman's life? - Is the Baby Daddy jealous? - Does the Baby Daddy respect the Step Dad? - Will the Step Dad be expected to pay for college, healthcare, vacations? - Can you go on vacation? - Can you move to another state without causing issues between the Baby Mama and Daddy? - Mom has to find and schedule a babysitter just to go on a date, vacation, and/or honeymoon. Marriage to a Single Mother is complicated for a Man and he is often met with the Single Mother saying "Take it or leave it." Often times, the Single Mother doesn't care what a Man has to sacrifice to be with her and makes no concessions for it. In essence, a Good Man has to pay financially and emotionally just to be in a relationship with a Single Mother which is often times not even appreciated. Because "she don't need a Man" while she's applying for a Man on dating sites. Let's just say a Single Mother and a Single Woman are the same caliber of Woman. And love the Man exactly the same. Who would you pick to be with; if you had to choose between these two Women? Probably the Single Woman with no kids and no Baby Daddy. So, it makes sense that Single Mothers would have to bring more to a Man than a Single Woman to have a chance. Having read thru these comment sections it's apparent to me that ppl are really unaware of the root issues that lead to this wide gap between BW and BM. At the same time, most aren't ready to have real discussions on the contributing factors (from both sides) and more importantly, where do we go from here aka solutions.

I don't think a solution can be found. People's opinions are rooted in what they think is right.They've made it. There's NO real Equality. Sure women have made advances in work, education, medical, sciences, business owners etc. But there's a trade-off. Career or children, marriage or single. Some delay having kids, freeze their eggs, before the bio click stops ticking. Societal norms prescribe Marriage /stable relationships. Either is not a long-term iron clad guarantee. The majority of men aren't left holding/raising the babies,women are. Modern day marriage/relationships has morphed into a strange dynamic of getting the 💰 demands on income, heightism, no child policy, profession (bus driver). Social media plays its part- The 'Modern Women'. Castigating women for unrealistic expectations and or choices. accountability, unwilling to submit, too masculine not feminine enough and wanna be an IG model. The battle of the sexes will rage on. You'll need to navigate the minefield of 'modern dating' and survive, if that means 'hitting the wall', child/ninja free or divesting the Choice is YOURS!! ♂️♀️

Even if women had AB’s regardless of how she feels they 🤷🏽‍♀️ don’t have kids. I spoke to many women who were not mentally ready, had complications, or just realized early on that it wasn’t a good idea because they were going to be single parents. Trust they definitely learned their lesson & quickly got it together. It’s personally not our business to know 🤷🏽‍♀️. If you have kids, be proud. But, don’t come for people who don’t.
