My sister has an orange tabby who’s chaotic like Jambo, she didn’t really like him in the beginning because he’d pee out of the litter box since he liked to pee while standing up, he also did other bad things like jump on counters to eat food or play with something, pull stuff out of a certain cupboard if it were left open, etc. But now she loves him, a few things had to be changed to accommodate him, like having litter boxes with a lid thingy and putting pee pee pads around to other litter boxes without a lid thingy so that the mess could easily be cleaned. The reason she got him in the beginning was because he chose her, he went up to her and was all affectionate, he still is very affectionate to her.

People with Maine coon cats often do this, because regular litterboxes aren't large enough for them. The benefit for your sister is that the high sides will keep the pee contained!
