I honestly feel sorry for the shop worker who had to tell both James and the other guy that you're not supposed to take the trees into the shop. I'll wager anything that he'd already told about 9 different people the exact same thing that day. Even if there was a giant sign outside next to the trees saying "PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE CHRISTMAS TREES INTO THE SHOP. SIMPLY TAKE THE BARCODE TO THE CHECKOUT" people simply ignore it and keep doing it!
