Francisco Scaramanga's island retreat has to be #1, with Safin's chemical island base #2 and Auricstad (Goldfinger's Kentucky home) & Piz Gloria (Blofeld's Alps lair) tied for #3.

Pretty good list. Scaramanga’s place is my favorite too though Stromberg’s underwater city in The Spy who loved me looked pretty comfy. Just watch the elevators. 🦈. Hugo Drax’s Californian French Chateau should get a honourable mention too in Moonraker.

I thought for some time that a casino would be a great place to incorporate some of Ken Adams’ designs into a theme hotel. Of course it would have entertainment, such as a stunt show that would have some scenes borrowed from various Bond movies. It shouldn’t have to be said, but it could only be called “Casino Royale”
