We have this in Slovakia. You boil the cauliflower but not too long so it's not falling apart. Then you just cool it down and coat it in breadcrumbs(flower and eggs duh) and fry it in a pan. And it's super tasty. We eat it with boiled potatoes and yes it lacks protein but nutrition wasn't a thing for our grandparents.

hey guys, i have a question for you: right now im trying to lose weight, i am 88kg and im 1.76m ( almost 5.8 feet) and i normally eat properly every day, a Little bit of vegetables on lunch and dinner, not too much bread, i drink normally 2-3 L of wáter.. and my calories are always lower even if i dont do exercise, monday and wednesday i play basketball and i do almost 1h of it, but i cant really lose weight. Why is that? I see people on my high school eating really huge sandwiches every day or even donuts or garbage like that, and they are really skinny and some of them dont even do exercise. One thing is that on last summer i used to do HIIT almost every day and i did a Little bit of a diet with my sister and on 1.5 month or so i lost 4kg, but i mean i have to do HIIT every day + diet to really lose weight? because my caloric déficit is always good and only if i do a really hard diet + a lot of exercise i lose weight actually..
