I think james should sue them for defamation. They made some really HEAVY accusations that could potentially ruin his career without any evidence to back it up. 21 phandoms! At the disco Yeah it’s upsetting that she deleted her video but I’m pretty sure she didn’t lie. Both James and Tati made it clear in both of their videos that James didn’t tell her about signing the contract before he did it. That was her problem Tati said in her video that James tried to contact her after but that was because he saw her crying on life so he tried to do a little damage control. Her problem was that he didn’t tell her about it before he signed the contract. (Side note; Nikita and James state that James reached out to Nikita to ask to get a sponsorship from Sugar Bear Hair, but Tea Spill (one of the drama channels James went to prior to Tati making her video) stated that James went to them and told them that he was being mobbed and sugar bear hair reached out to him.. so basically James told a completely different story to Tea Spill than he did to Nikita so..) For the whole “I’m a celebrity thing”. James uses examples of them using the joke to complaint each other’s makeup or the amount of views they get in a video not to justify talking about someone sexually and wanting to get with them regardless their sexuality. James also talks about how what was said was not inappropriate, but he never said what was said.. if it’s not inappropriate then just say what you said to clear it up. It’s most likely that what James said he didn’t think it was inappropriate but Tati and other people would think it is inappropriate. And for the waiter situation. James invited the waiter at the restaurant to his hotel room, he says this in a Nikita Dragun video he said he invited a waiter to his 1,500 hotel room. The waiter went because the waiter was obviously curious and trying to figure out what his sexuality was. When he expiramented and made out with James he came to the conclusion that it wasn’t attractive and he didn’t like it. He then still struggled and at first thought he was bi but then decided Bi isn’t for him and he really doesn’t want to fuck with males. He then proceeds to tell James he is straight (the part James didn’t include in his video, he only shows what happened PRIOR to the waiter deciding to identify as straight) and that’s when James says “you’re not straight no matter how much you think or tell yourself you are” James deleted these DMs but luckily the waiter screen shot them. That is the problem instead of accepting the fact that he wants to identify as straight he decides to get mad because the waiters decision would mean that James who still had feelings for the waiter would not be able date or do more things with him and tries to tell the waiter what his sexuality is in order to get him to think differently so that James could still fuck or date him and he also exploited the fact that the waiter was sexually confused and tried to tell him what his sexuality was because he still wanted the waiter. That is messed up to manipulate and try to make someone change their decision on what they identify as just so they can still fuck with you. That is one of the reasons why he was called a predator because he tried to exploit and manipulate someone for their own benefit. (BTW the receipts and conversation James shows in his video shows their first conversation where the waiter DMs James, after being persuaded by his sister and the waiter says, “I’m Bi” which could mean bisexual or bi curious. James then invited the waiter to the hotel and ofc the waiter went because he was curious. The waiter told James that he was Bi curious at the hotel and James also said the waiter told him he was Bi curious at the hotel, so I’m not sure why James included that screenshot as the waiter saying he was bisexual when both James and the waiter know that the conversation where he said “I’m bi” was before the waiter went to the hotel where he states he is bi curious, one would be able to conclude that him saying “I’m bi” meant he was bi curious but that’s just a thought) And James doesn’t even touch on the im_Gage situation in which after multiple times of Gage saying no he doesn’t want to expirament continuing to pressure and try to manipulate him with emotion etc. into expiramenting and doing things with him even after he said no, and when that failed he decided to go on social media and bash and humiliate Gage, basically blackmailing. James is not innocent and he didn’t include the deleted screenshots that the waiter had for a reason. I did not like the fact that Jeffree decided to make a video with none of the receipts or facts he promised and the fact that Tati removed her video, she needs to make another one explaining herself and Jeffree I’m done with him you don’t promise someone more information and then not show more information.

It can only be played on a card that matches by color, or on another Reverse card. Well, it seems that he did lie in his video tho. At least when it comes to his “receipts” on the coachella situation. Nikita showed them on twitter and a lot of people caught the inconsistencies in them. Also, I think Tea Spill (Or Here for the Tea, I don’t remember which one) did a video in which she confirms that James told her something different than what his texts said, so there has to be something he’s lying about (how much, idk).

I think that had tati used receipts in her 1st video, people would've come after her even worse than they did for trying to start stuff with James. James behavior/body language in his last video didn't sit well with me. I think there's other things that none of them addressed in any of their videos that would make all of this drama make more sense to us. I think he probably had his lawyers ready to tear both Jeffrey and tati's careers apart if they make any more posts or videos about him. Jeffree doesnt seem like the type to back down from a fight when some one uses his name to wash their hands with.
