This looked like a great game but why is the camera angle so poor? It makes it a difficult watch even for a squash fan. I get that this tournament isn't a 'big ticket' event but the these kind of camera angles aren't helping the sport attract a wider audience/fan base.

Sometimes its important to be grateful in life young man. When I was younger I had to milk cows every morning before school and hand deliver the milk to my Headmaster who would often use it to feed his plants so as to humiliate me, but I still found the time to appreciate things

The London Open is played at a venue that doesn't have an exhibition court. This is probably the best camera angle available. If you can only shoot from a low angle, the corner angle is much preferable to a central one

Sorry, but the quality of the filming is not up to the normal standards of squashtv. I can’t see the ball, sound is awful and you can’t appreciate the play with the camera stuck in a corner. As a result, I won’t be watching any of the London Open, which is a shame

Quality of the video is not very 2024. Even my el-cheapo Samsung smartphone would do better? So either a very bad camera was used, or they compressed the sh!t out of it when uploading.
