James Freeman does first amendment audits, cop watching, cop blocking, and more. Since Live PD and Cops was cancelled, James Freeman does LIVE STREAMING COP WATCHES. It's like Live PD, except actually live, and without the "cops can do no wrong" bias.

what I saw was two rapist who were attempting to extort this person's bad luck with a shit CV joint and ball end into a 1,000$ tow bill and impound yard bill. I stop and help broken down people often. I never once ask them for their ID. I never once tell them if my tow truck gets here first you will pay my fees. what makes these coproaches believe they can do this is that people "trust" them. but like most rape victims it's from someone they "trusted" or knew.

The word "hero" is grossly overused these days, but I understand the psychology you were using with Bully #1, James. The truth, however, is that the only one on that scene who came anywhere close to matching the definition of a hero, was you James. Another public service that both saved the couple money that maybe they could've afforded, or maybe not, and thousands of viewers got educated that it actually is possible to stand for your own rights, and win. Even Bully #1 was educated by Thomas that he should back off this time at least, hopefully explaining that James was right, and if he continued to push it he'd end up the anti-hero that would go viral and people all across the country would know that he's just a run of the mill thug who makes a mockery of his uniform and oath on the daily. Who really knows what Thomas said to him? Whatever it was, it worked this time, thanks almost entirely to James and the young lady who refused to be bullied. Great job James!

When I was a police officer, any time a vehicle was impounded back to our yard, it was policy that we would do an inventory search of the vehicle just to make sure "nothing came up missing later". This wasn't the real reason however. It was a shady way of looking for illegal drugs, weapons, etc. I would suggest to NEVER allow your vehicle to be towed to the Police Impound. I've seen way too much behind the scenes to completely trust law enforcement. I do think 1st Amendment Audits are great checks and balances. It's all about educating the police as well as the public.

On the federal level, they make such a big deal about knowing your authority, knowing your limits and being able to answer to someone what you are doing and why. They often get that training several times a year, just constant reinforcement and even receive pertinent court decisions from the federal circuit courts explaining changes. Unfortunately local departments almost never had a fraction of the budget needed for properly training and continuing education. At least half of a police officers training scenarios, in 2021, should be scenarios where they pull over folks with this type of knowledge. Make them learn to articulate their actions and understand their authority and there would be less of these videos everywhere.

Make sure the person or persons with you do the same DON'T TALK TO THEM and right there their little "get em alone to see if their stories match" goes up in smoke they can't do anything. The downfall is when people agree to talk to them and they find "inconsistencies" in the stories when they have them seperated. Don't fall for their trap people it's really simple.

Nope! She is a public servant. The reason i know this statement is true.......is because she refuses to speak, or identify herself. That is indicative of public servants. They are embarrassed of themselves, and do not want anyone to know they are associated with the government. The sovereign slave Allen is definitely a trained predator. Mesa pd is well known for training their slaves to violate every citizen they come in contact with. No matter what! Thank God James Freeman and the other auditors were there to protect this young lady.

@Mike Jasper Mechanic for 100 years here. Either a broken lower control arm--which is fairly unlikely looking at the age of the thing, or a failed lower ball joint which is much more likely.. Hope she didn't get raked over the coals on the repair..Should have been maybe 1 to 1.5 hours max and not much for a lower control arm---which often come with a new ball joint..Off course most shops will say "Gotta have an alignment now.." just to jack the bill up when really when the dead /sloppy old parts of the suspension are replaced with minty fresh ones now the wheel alignment is BACK TO where it was set at...So at most a simple toe-set is all that's needed.

@@janvanv suspension parts just don’t fail without giving plenty of warning by making a noise that’s not normal and it does not steer correctly by any means. You have a typical young person driver that thinks that if the car can still move keep driving it, it goes for breaks as well if the car makes noise EVERY TIME you you use the breaks that means ignore it, if the noise gets worse and you now hear grinding when breaking then continue to drive it. Then when the break pedal goes right to the floor and the car’s barely slowing down that means maybe don’t tailgate as much. Finally they achieve catastrophic failure and damage and act like it just broke on its own for no reason. Some people should not have a drivers license.

Officer Chris Peterson. "I would have punched James in the mouth if I was the cop! The chick probably doesn’t have a license!! Otherwise you’d just hand it over and be on your way. If your making such a huge fuss over and ID there is something more to it!" Criminals like you are why people like James Freeman exist. You mistakenly believe that your badge means that YOU are the law and that anything you want is lawful. Badges do not grant extra rights, they impose extra responsibilities. You voluntarily and willingly recited a solemn and binding oath where you first and foremost swore your allegiance to the Constitution of the Untied States of America, the supreme law of the land and to enforce the law, not violate it. Your post proves that you actually have contempt for the law and just get your rocks of violating people and their rights.
