I have been doing 2-3 sets of intense to failure for each body part lately. Solid warm up then crush it. At my age I like less sets but max intensity. Seems to work better for me to train 3 times a week. More recovery, less joint pain.

Hi James, When doing DB Bench press. I feel it more in left pec more than the other. Any tips?
