I lived in Pattaya City Resort on 2010-11. A lovely resort but had a bad reputation in getting your deposit back (2 month + 1 month - got baht 7,000 back from baht 75,000) + was also advised I owed 6 months back rent - I was working directly with the condo + not an agent - however this was 13 years ago + things may have changed
