Great interview, Mat’s humility and mindset is a phenomenal example for people at any stage of their journey and it was positive to see the pair of you find common ground during the conversation (in terms of your philosophies) in a natural way. 👍🏻👍🏻

Ive been watching your tiktoks for a while now. I love your idea of a podcast! You actually let your guests talk instead of interrupting every 20 seconds like a lot of other people are doing which drives me nuts!! I cant believe how incredible Mat is as an athlete, the mentality is so inspiring. Ive started crossfit after not training for 4 years due to a full blown addiction. I did fitness before but i wanted to try something new, i had a negative opinion of crossfit but i am a person that gives things a shot instead of being a keyboard warrior.. i love the challenge in it and would advise anyone to try it! It gives so much satisfaction 👌🏼

I looked at how long this interview was and thought I'd watch a few minutes and come back later. I watched the whole thing and probably would have watched another hour. Very inspiring and down to earth at the same time. Two great guys talking about sports and life. Thank you for this.

I love this and the attitudes you both have are really inspiring. I love the CrossFit community as it is the only place to encourage exercise whilst pregnant. It is the only place that doesn't glass ceiling women and it is the only place that is inclusive of age. If the whole fitness industry was like this the world would be a better place. I also really like the discussions about learning, failure and fitness prioritising quality. I have always liked CrossFit and that gym was small Matt started off in! He has come a long way and everyone starts somewhere. Good for him and thank you for exposing more people to CrossFit 👍😌

I agree with most of what has been said for the most part but I'd like to point out that it is easy to say "you have to be comfortable with not being good at everything" when you're winning the crossfit games. It's a lot harderfor someone who hasn't proven themselves in anything to just say that

@1:16:00 ummmmm yea but the only men that she will be able to attract are simps that can't get any women to begin with . No serious dominant man that's as successful as her wants a woman that wants to compete with him outside of crossfit . That is a masculine as hell woman .. and if you're okay with that ... then you must be okay with feminine as hell men. Other than this part of the interview.. well done!!! But again that woman will be alone and or unhappy with the man she ends up with .. because the MAN that she desires ... pretty much a superior in almost every aspect .. will find her repulsive in dating . Up your red pill knowledge brotha
