Love James and Ben, I follow them both on Social Media, love how Ben looked almost uncomfortable or shy towards the end of the podcast when talking about the book an is social media....seems a very humble man

It's fun seeing you two at the same time. I love the book BTW, loads of good information that is cited properly and written in Ben's voice.

Great podcast, great to hear some plain speaking advice…. And to back up one of the segments you guys spoke about “I would be happy getting a couple of stone off”, that was in my mind, but then as I progressed through weight loss I found myself progressing these goals. For 1 reason as a laymen to the fitness/exercise industry I had no idea how I would look and feel with that amount of weight off and to be fair I was very unimpressed with a 2 stone loss. I ‘recalibrated’ to let’s get another 2 stone off. I’m now at over a further 3 stone off the original goal for over 5 stone lost, but my goals have recalibrated from looking at numbers on a scale to actually how I look and feel. But I’m now finding this ‘recalibration’ hard as my goals are to lose belly and chest fat, but how far do I push myself to achieve this. And what happens if I manage to achieve this goal. I think that the ‘recalibration’ is important to keep you progressing but maybe slightly smaller steps forward. Cheers for the information and advice guys.

I'd love if either or both of you would do a video on advice and information for the disabled because most of the nutritional dieting advice videos are mainly just saying walk and use the stairs and not giving any advice for those that can't do those things

Loved the podcast James, been on a fitness journey for the past 6 months and have been seeking the knowledge to step up the game, wanting to understand the science a bit. Will be purchasing Ben's book immediately (the little sales pitch prompted by you James, was definitely what swung me over the line)

James I'm a big fan mate, but when listening to you on audio like in the car, the volume/audio levels are always off a little. You have a very low voice and come across very quiet, where as you guests seem to have more volume (possibly a higher tone of voice helps). Perhaps a touch more gain to your audio levels would help? No disrespect intended, just wondered if anyone else had said similar. Cheers buddy

Thank you, Gentlemen. Love these talks. What can you do when you hit a weigh loss Wall?? I’ve gone from 84 kgs to 62 kgs but I can’t seem to get below 61. 😣😣😣 it’s gotten very very difficult.
