It's actually a great show for a song like this to be associated with actually. It's a show all about genuinely helping people with their real problems and make them smile. Even though yeah, there's dark jokes or odd shit happens because hey, that's life+it's adult swim+psychicpebbles. But even through all that, the core of the show is so wholesome and the fact all the characters actually seem to sincerely like each other and get along despite their oddities is a nice cherry on top. Even the weird boss, normally the worst person in other shows, is 100% genuine in his want and goal to help people, as well as showing he actually treats his workers very well and sees them more as friends than co workers and underlings.

Not that it makes my opinion worth any more or less, but as a full-time bassist in a whole slew of genres Leland Sklar is hands down the greatest session bass player of his style and era. Dude always plays what's needed, never plays a note that's unneeded, but has the sensibility and big picture awareness to find the spots of the recording that seriously benefit from some bass busyness- for example, the 3rd verse on this tune
