He isn't. His reputation is huge. Awards aren't necessary to accomplish that.

Just cause the guy ain't Dicaprio or Pitt people say he's underrated.

@@De_liebste_un_beste_Mensch I'd agree I wouldn't necessarily call him underrated either, I mean he's worked with Tarantino, Carpenter, Rodriguez and the Coen Brothers MANY times. He's beloved by many, myself included, but still has a lot of lesser known projects that need to be seen by more people, particularly his directorial efforts.

@dashrirprock I hope so. That's actually hilarious to me. All the think pieces that refer to Pink not tipping as showing his selfish nature and "I'm out for me" mentality that prevents him from being in the big shoot out. Nope, just Tarantino taking 5 minutes to rant incorrectly, lol.
@christofferjenzen78
@christofferjenzen78 3 сағат бұрын
Isn't mr.Pink supposed to be a selfish prick? Don't know if having problems with tipping does anything to change that. It makes sense for the character and it makes sense to think tipping everywhere sucks. @@ericjohnson9623

I often wonder how Tarantino's career would have gone if it wasn't for Hsrvey Keitel. He was the backbone of that movie.

He got funding for it thanis to Keitel so he meant alot. Performance wise,he is good as everyone one is but Madsen kills it.

@@christofferjenzen78 Oh yeah, I didn't mean to imply anything about his presence in the movie being extra significant over anyone else. I meant more on the production side, prompted by Buscemi talking about him paying for everyone's flights.
@NeilLewis77
@NeilLewis77 42 минут бұрын
one suspects that even if he never met Keitel, eventually someone was going to read a Tarantino script and be happy to fund it. Tony Scott and Oliver Stone had already shot 2 of his scripts. it was only a matter of time.

I’m so glad Quentin gave the role to Buscemi. Like he’s ok as an actor it bit parts, but he’s not strong enough to carry a role like that. Buscemi and Madsen’s performances are the best in the film. It would not have been the same at all if you had QT’s squirrelly crackhead ass in all those sequences.

Companies should pay their employees a living wage instead of passing it off to their customers. That being said, the system is the way it is currently and I'm not gonna punish the employee by not tipping.
