totally unrelated but i noticed you give your cat Wiskas cat food. Just becareful with the biscuits with them and a boy cat, it can cause crystals in their urinary track, spending a few more dollars on some better quality food for them will make a difference in the long run :) WET FOOD Wiskas is ok just I cringe everytime i see Wiskas biscuits.

It may have to do with the amount of skin that gets stretched and pulled, also the size of the bulge. I can't close my legs all the way, at least not with out making some adjustments.

Thank you for the videos, I really needed them. I always see myself as a person who tolerate pain but I was very disappointed on myself that I couldn’t take some pain. The first few days of the surgery were pain free but the second week was painful and restless. I felt depressed because of pain and because I was alone in this journey. My friends were connecting with me online but mobility was hard, feeding myself is hard and bathing myself is hard. I always go back to your videos and count the days based on your experience and I say to myself it’s going to feel better. So thank you so much for them. One last advice for anyone who is looking forward to the surgery, have someone with you who is also positive, responsible, take your time to heal and if you need something and you can’t ask for it, you are not always this way and you will feel better afterwards and would do the same for someone or the friends who were there for you during the process.

Jakub Klimczak I wasn't meaning it in a rude way. My best friend is transitioning. Everyone knows there are stages in which people are obviously changing. Such as voice, or physical features. I am saying that if I met Jamie in person, I would have never thought he was born physically a woman. And that's a beautiful thing to witness because he has reached the light at the end of the tunnel. My best friend was a man, and is transitioning into a woman. She is at the stage where everyone can tell her decision, and it's sad to witness the judgement that comes with that. Try not to make a positives into negatives.

This is the goal that my best friend is wanting to reach (as if to be a woman and no one can tell she was born a man), but it takes a lot of time. I promise I didn't mean to offend. It was purely an encouraging comment that I hope all transgendered beings get to that goal, whichever gender they choose.

Taking testosterone usually causes menses to cease.

Elizabeth Chandler i think they leave a way for it to get out since testosterone isn’t 100% guaranteed to make it stop permanently and they can come back even after they’ve stopped from testosterone.

I'm a current medical student planning to become an OB/GYN, and I would love to know what I can do as a health care provider to make trans men as comfortable as possible. Good luck when you do go! Just do some research and get recommendations. Find a doctor that is willing to meet with you and makes you feel comfortable before you go for the actual exam.

British people aren't really encouraged to go to a gynecologist regularly in the way Americans think of as normal. People have regular smear tests for cervical cancer once they get to a certain age, but other than that you don't go to the doctor unless you have a problem.

Silly/weird question but do you think that your pain threshold changed during/after transition? I'm just wondering if the reason guys generally have lower pain thresholds might be hormonal? I'm asking here cause obviously you've been through a few painful procedures throughout the process... I appreciate it's hard to compare apple and oranges but generally do you think you handle pain the same/better/worse now? I genuinely don't mean this to be offensive and I hope I am not being rude/invasive by asking such a thing... I am am, tell me shut up ;) I am just genuinely curious is all and I mean no offense. God, I was absolutely terrified for you for the first 15 minutes of the initial video I was nearly in tears when you already looked miles better after the second surgery and finally got to go home. As always, Shaaba is wonderful and so amazing for helping you through the healing process and supporting you through your journey. If anyone happens to see this, maybe they can explain. I'm a little curious why Jamie had such extensive bruising over such a large area. Was that to do with the complications, or is it normal for this type of surgery? If so (in not overly graphic terms) why? I was under the impression that the surgical area was just the crotch region so bruising across the whole lower torso and upper legs isn't something I expected
