Nice video. I bought one for the first time this year, and love it. We opened it last night with some friends and it was enjoyed by all. The trickiest part for me is the slicing and getting the slice the perfect thickness. We will be serving at our Xmas eve party this year. Any recommendations on how to slice and keep beforehand would be great.

I bought one for the first time this year and no one was really impressed with it. It's not any better than prosciutto you can buy in a deli or store. If you like this sort of thing, it is more economical to buy it as a big leg, but I did not find the taste to be anything special.

i hope you slice the way you like to. I try to explain what i like. If slice is bigger you would need to bite it - now i have i slice (sometimes two), one bite

slice it at least 2 hours ahead - it needs to interact with air - tastes way better then just cut. Try.
