Now, good morning jam rock vegan, I tried making a similar soup 🍲 🍲 to you, I used sweet pepper, kale, peas, carrots 🥕 🥕, one vegetable stock, and some dumplings, as well as I used some spices like you said, however I like to use turmeric a lot in my food, so I use this to give the soup a more curry feel, ginger, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, and the soup was delicious when I tried a bit afterwards, I couldn’t resist, I had to try a bit as it smelt so good, and I felt good after it, as I have been feeling like I am getting a slight cold coming down, so I thought if I make some soup, it will help build back up my body, so thank you 🙏 🙏 very much for your amazing recipe..

It can still taste nice just add enough seasonings...celery ,carrots ,scallion ,Scotch bonnet pepper, thyme and so on .you don't have to make a big pot like I did but you'd definitely get flovor.. just boil all the ingredients a bit longer. remember salt just helps to balance out flavor not add flavor .hopes this help to clarify. @JamrockVegan4 жыл бұрын
It was good not peppery or salty when all the flavors come together it was just a lovely Caribbean flavor. Note the pepper is only there for the aroma don't let it burst in pot.
