Today we share a Paalappam & Beef Stew Recipe which is very tasty and rich recipe for our christmas eve.
One of my favourite combo among my breakfast recipes. We all know that paalapam is my highlighted recipe which changes our life. And also which paved the way for catering Buisness.
Beef stew will thicken a bit naturally thanks to the starches in the potatoes and the dredging of the beef, but I always like to thicken it a little bit more.
Beef stew is a classic dinner staple in so many households around the world. There are soup and stew adaptations of beef stew like my favorite Easy Hamburger Soup and cultural variations like Hungarian Goulash, but this classic beef stew recipe is a favorite for me!
This Beef Stew Recipe is perfect for the colder weather! Tender beef is simmered in beef broth with potatoes, onions, celery, peas, and carrots until melt in your mouth tender. It’s comfort food heaven

About my Palappam Recipe
Palappam is one of our favorite breakfast dishes, so I make them on the weekends at least once a month. The preparation is similar to making Dosa Batter, and needs some prep work beforehand.
Traditionally, Palappam are fermented with a local alcoholic drink known as toddy - which is a drink made from palm flower or coconut flower.
Toddy, which is made from palm flower or coconut flower, is also known as “kallu” in Tamil and Malayalam or “tadi” in Hindi.So thats called as kallappam.So do try this tasty Palappam & Beef Stew Recipe at home during these christmas days and please drop your comments 🥰.
