It's so good to see videos of this incredible gig being posted for the benefit of those of us that weren't there. This new track is great and really shows they are back as the incomparable unit they always were. The guitar work is stunningly beautiful - reminds me of the early Psi Com recordings.

Yes I heard this too! "I met a strange lady, she made me nervous"...... the chord progression on the verse is similar to "Land Down Under" so it's interesting he sang it that way.

there is absolutely no reason, what so ever, at all that Perry needs to pull his microphone back. His voice is shot at 65 years old. Sad that this a reality. This should've happened 15 years ago.

Most likely either working effects or his own inner ear monitor mix , wouldn't be good idea to give anybody onstage control of front of house volumes . He's always had an onstage FX mixer for his voice

He's been doing that a long time. A general vocal effect box . He seems to use it more on a bad day when the voice needs help and so he puts on loads of echo at those times .

Weak -- I think they pissed away too much time- Eric took too long to come back- I don't hear that magic any longer - back in the day they were dangerous -now just old and out of good ideas
