I first heard this song on MTV when I was 6, almost 20 years ago. I was absolutely in love with it, but I couldn't get the name, and at the time I didn't speak english. So I never heard it again, but the rhythm and the riffs stayed in my head to this day. I spent 20 years searching for this song here in KZbin, but I could never find it. Until yesterday, I was getting a tattoo, and this song played in the studio, and with the magic of Shazam, I was finally able to find out the goddamn name. Thank you technology, thank you Jane's Add!

@tim1843 good enough is a lot different.than big enough. I agree they're not big enough. Good enough? Honestly janes addiction only even had a couple of records total. And perry Farrell has never been able to sing on key, not once. He'd have to pay Ian for singing lessons. And there's nothing on the guitar Navarro can do that Ian can't. Jane's was a huge influence on most of my.friends growing up. I liked them too. I did not see enough material to make them equal their hype though

@scottmason90193 ай бұрын
Boy, This song got by me I guess in 2012 huh....They are just a great band, and this song is just a wall of sound. Obviously, the video has layers of doubling of guitars and such, but it just rocks big time. And the video is really great to. Using those steady cam devices and the operators are right on top of them and such, but never in the shots. A choreography of video recorders while the band has their own inspired choreography. I bet they did some very clever, tight editing. It's in black & white, then the players are in color, then not. Dave Navarro has got such great ideas. Keep ti up boys, and you have since it's 12 years later, and it still sounds fresh. I play this song a lot lately...

You know, Jane's Addiction went from pretty awesome to absolutely friggin' amazing and no one noticed because the suits at the record labels swept it under the rug of the idiotic pop nonsense they continue to push to this day. It's pretty disappointing that they never got their true due. They are absolutely incredible and I wish more people could hear their awesomeness!!

They've never been very good. Maybe 2-3 good songs. Mostly image.

@@docsavage8640 U prob just dont get them - i was the same for years, and it is funny how JA dont get the recognition they deserve - Strays album was amazing, but got zero credit. Their first 2 albums are both recognized as classics, far ahead of their time. Unfortunately most idiots prefer RHCP's mainstream blandness and think theyre 'edgy'...

Interesting comments. This band was huge and paved the way for rhcp. Jane's is a top 5 LA bands of all time..rhcp, Jane's, Rage, doors and maybe even system of the down. Might throw in Motley crue
